I use it for everything in 76 apartment rentals
My Husband and I own 76 apartments, we do everything ourselves. Mr. Clean is very usefull to us for nearly ALL our cleaning. I soak the mini blinds in Mr. Clean, then it helps loosen the grime from the tub after I remove the soaking blinds. I clean the grease off the kitchen cabinets, I clean the refrigerator, the stove, the stove hood, the kitchen floor, bathroom floors, the mirrors, the windows, the walls.. and the most important.. I put Mr. Clean in the carpet cleaner and it does a GREAT job on the carpets, even on the stuburon stains and leaves a wonderfull smell !! Once were done, the apartment rents itself!! |

I know this product wasn't designed for carpets but I decided to try it anyway. I have a Bissel carpet shampooer. First I filled the shampooer's soap container a little over half way with water and filled it the rest with my favorite Mr. Clean! I turned the carpet to soap ratio dial on the shampooer to half and then shampooed my house! The Mr. Clean cleaned the carpet and was diluted enough to not suds up my shampooer. The best part was the wonderful smell all over the house! I didnt rinse the carpet after shampooing it and it dried clean and fresh with no residue. It is much less expensive than carpet shampoo and works and smells a lot better! |

Mr. Clean to the rescue
Hi, I just wanted to let you know something i stumbled onto...my daughter has some really bad smelling feet...(lolol), and she had this pair of socks in her car for about a month, and they ended up in the launrdy, and trust me did they SMELL...............I washed theses socks in the hottest water I could with many different name brand launry soaps, and after three washings, they still stunk to high heaven....I was about to trash them, when I looked down where I keep all my cleaning stuff, and there was Mr.Clean, I thought what do I have to lose, I filled the washer up with hot water and dumped some Mr. Clean Summer Citrus into the washer and let it soak over night, like I said, I had nothing to lose, (I was going to trash the socks), the next day I finished the wash cycle and took the socks out of the washer, and OH MY GOSH.................let me tell you, they smelled WONDERFUL, fresh and clean, my family thinks I am crazy as I went around the house telling everyone to smell them, they smell wonderful, I thought they were going to call the guys in the white coats, (lol), but they finally smelled the socks and they were like dang, they really do smell fresh...since Mr.Clean was a big hit with the SMELLY SOCKS, I have a few towels that I keep in a trailer that kinda smell a little sour, so when the weather breaks, and I get to VA, I will give Mr. Clean the challenge if the SOUR SMELL. Mr. Clean you have saved the day... |
